"I'll be as Gracious to Your President..." Magnet

Another tweak at the double standard in the media and beyond. We actually had a lady at our store tell us soberly that it was "wrong to criticize" the President of the United States. We asked her if she had that opinion during the previous administration. She replied, "Well, Bush was an idiot!"

It’s not easy to be this unaware of your own hypocrisy. But it’s nothing that we don't see in the press corps (and the campuses) every day. How great it must be to determine the rules of civility and change them as the players change!
