It’s been a week since Obama’s great speech to Congress on healthcare reform and, according to Rasmussen, his post-speech “bounce’ in the polls is already fading.  But I’m sure he’ll give another speech soon enough.  In all fairness, I think that Obama does actually represent what is best about socialism: The speeches.

Having been brought up in a Democratic family in one of the most liberal towns in one of the most reliably Democratic states in the Union, I do owe something special to Jimmy Carter.  It was largely because of him that, in 1978, I decided I was a conservative.  (Ronald Reagan sealed the deal!)  I think President Carter has been doing us a lot of similar favors ever since.

Time is of the essence so we need to be like the "Minute Men' during the Revolutionary War!

There will be a rally in support of Rep Joe Wilson of SC and his SPEAKING TRUTH TO POWER last night!

So now there's a left wing group going after Glenn Beck via a boycott on his advertisers.  And it seems like only yesterday that Glen Beck was standing up for Free Market Warrior when Simon Property Group decided that no conservative merchandise could be sold in their malls.  Perhaps it is the least we can do to stand up for Glenn.
